Why is Therapy Important?

The pandemic impacted everyone differently, highlighting mental health as a significant issue. I saw the struggle, felt the pain, and witnessed the sadness. It was during this time that I rediscovered my love for reading and revisited my Ashtanga yoga training, gaining a new perspective. I shifted my focus from myself to others, finding calm in chaos and a deeper concern for the well-being of those around me. This led me to pursue a master's program, driven by a renewed passion for helping others through their personal storms.
